Destin Vaca Day 5 and 6!

We decided to check out the local Barnes and Noble. We scored a few good books and then visited Chilli's for lunch. Pops took Katherine and Andie to the beach while babies slept and Ben and I got a cookie cake for Lulu. Lauren turned 11 months, but we decided to celebrate it as if it were her 1st birthday, since we were all together! The beach was very overcast and we needed some family pictures, so we took the cameras to the beach. I was pretty happy with the results! The girls and I NEEDED more crab legs, and we were told to visit Dewy Destins, so we headed out for dinner. Crab legs were great! We sat outside on a deck over the water. It was hot and muggy, as usual, but we had fun. We came home and celebrated Little Lauren Lulu!
Today we spent time on the beach playing in the waves and sitting with Addison and Lauren. We decided on BBQ for dinner and went to Jim & Nicks BBQ. We loved it!
We have had so much fun here in Destin with Ben's parents. It has been great seeing the kids getting to know them better. I have never been on vacation with extra relatives before, but it has been great! It is nice to take the time to enjoy them without having to worry about our daily life getting in the way. So tomorrow we head back to Atlanta... We have had a great time, but are ready to return to our normal Life in the Oliver Lane.

Destin Vaca Day 3 and 4!

Shopping was fun, there is a great outlet mall a few miles down the road. We hit Gap, Bose, Nike and a bunch of shops. We had sandwiches and gelatto at a little sandwich shop. We came home and headed out to the pool for a bit, then came home for hot dogs and baked potatoes for dinner. After getitting the 2 littles to bed Pops and I took Katherine and Andie for a walk on the beach for an hour.
Yesterday I think we crammed just about everything we wanted to do into one day! Andie had been begging to visit IHOP for breakfast, so we started there. After breakfast Katherine, Grandma Oliver, and I headed out shopping and found a swimsuit for Katherine. Ben and Grandpa Oliver (Pops) took Addison and Lauren to the pool while we were out. We enjoyed a quiet lunch at home. Pops and I took K and A to the beach while little girls were napping. After naps we headed out for a quick dinner and then off to our dolphin cruise! We all had a great time, and were totally worn out after, but not to worn out for ice cream! We enjoyed some Brusters ice cream and then headed home to bed.

Destin Vaca Day 2 and 3!

We have been to the beach for the past 2 mornings in a row form about 10-12:00. Katherine and Andie are loving the big waves, Addison not so much. Addison is happy as long as the salty water is nowhere near her face, can't relay blame her there. We had some nice crab legs Sunday night. Katherine shared with me, Addison tasted the crab and was o.k. with it. Andie tasted the crab, had several more bites, and is asking when we can get some more! Ben is not a crab fan, so it is nice that the girls are. Little Lauren Lulu has been bonding with Grandpa Oliver and loving it.
We decided to eat dinner at the house last night, so we did grilled chicken corn on the cob and salad. It was nice to have a quiet night in.
Katherine and Andie were super excited to go on a walk on the beach at night with G & G Oliver lat night. They saw crabs, talked to people that were fishing and found sand fleas. I guess sand fleas make good bait...
We are planning on shopping today! Wish us luck at the outlets!

Destin Vaca Day 1!

We have been so excited to get the heck out of dodge for a vaca. Ben had been planning our getaway since early this year. We did our usual June swim team and then Andie had to get her tonsils out on Addison's 3rd birthday June 29th. So Andie needed recovery time. Somehow with all that plus the extra stresses of life we were able to drive to Destin,FL today.
The car ride went very well, considering the fact that no one felt the need to take a nap and Lauren threw up twice (YUCK). We got checked into our beach house and ventured out to the beach while we had our first load of laundry in the wash including Lauren's car seat! The beach is a short 5 min walk, but oh it is worth it! I watched as Addison dug her toes into the sand and Lauren felt sand on her feet for the first time ever. The sand here is beautiful! No oil bits here, knock on wood. Ben is on his way to pick up his parents from the airport. They are visiting from Nevada, and we are so excited to have them here with us. Here are a few pics and expect more to come over the week.

Katherine turned 12 on Oct 18 and I am just now making a post. I know I am pathetic. I can't believe that my first baby is now 12. We are now entering the Young Women's program of which we will be apart of for the next 18 years. Katherine started middle school this year and we have been so impressed with how well she is doing. She is making new friends, enjoying her teachers, and getting good grades. Katherine has started babysitting for us here and there too. What a relief it is to have a live in babysitter!
I am so proud to be the mother of this super fantastic amazingly wonderful girl. I am looking forward to the next 12 years to come!

Lauren's first bath!

Lauren was ready for her first bath and grandma was up for the job! Lauren enjoyed the warm water and grandma just couldn't get enough of her. It was fun to see them enjoy the bath time and snap a few pictures. We are all doing well with this great sleeping baby who has even set herself a bed time of 8PM. Lauren weighed in at 7lbs 12oz last week at the dr. and is now above her birth weight!
Our sweet Katherine seems to have come down with the flu tonight. She has not been sick for over one year. She even had perfect attendance last year at school. I guess it was her time to catch a bug. Let's just hope it does not last for to long, my brother Aaron arrives in town on Wed and Andie's baptism and Lauren's blessing all happen next weekend... Hopefully she will get better and no one else will catch it from her.

Lauren was born August 15 at 1:54PM. She weighed in at 7lbs 9oz and 21" long. She has been such an angel. She is sleeping better than any baby I have had and I am loving it. Here is you first peak at her!

I promise I am not missing in action. Life is so busy, how do any of us find the time to sit down and blog. I love the idea and being able to check in on friends, I just wish there was more time in the day to do it. 2littlemammas has been very busy and exciting lately. Our new site is up, visit through the link on the right. We are being featured in Pregnancy and Newborn magazine's July issue. I have been sewing side jobs like crazy, more pics on that to come! We just celebrated Andie's 8th birthday and Addison's 2nd two days later. Not to mention that I am now 33 weeks pregnant and we have started the countdown to baby Lauren's arrival. Seven weeks to go! Aug 21st, estimated date of arrival. I am tired just thinking about it all. I know that I am not alone, you are all so busy. I enjoy checking in on you through your blogs and I will try to do better myself too.

O.K. so you all know that I spend a lot of time on the sewing machine. i guess that addison has seen me on it so much that she has figured that she must be missing out on something great by not being on the sewing machine too. she has been begging to sit on my lap or at the machine by herself. this is what it looks like.

last year we became very concerned when andie's teacher realized that her reading had not improved at all during the 1st grade school year. we had no idea what to do and were considering holding her back to repeat first grade. we decided to think on it over the summer before deciding. the weirdest thing is that she was strong in every other subject, but language arts. my friend tina agreed to work with andie when she found out our concerns. they were listening to a book on tape and andie was supposed to be following along with her finger, but her finger was moving along in a wavy line instead of straight. tina thought this was interesting and it reminded her of something she had heard at a reading conference she had once attended. she ran home to get some colored overlays. when she laid the overlays in different colors over the words in the book for andie to look at they talked about how pretty or funny the colors looked. when they placed the gold colored overlay on the page andie said "oh my goodness, the words are staying straight". ding, ding, tina figured out what was going on. it is called irlen syndrome. it is only recognized in 3 states so far and NO ONE at our school had ever heard of it before.
andie could not read because the words were moving all over the page, but when she has the overlay (different colors work for different people) the words stay still. i want you to visit irlen.com and go to the sample distortions. there are aprox. 6 there, andie sees all of them, but 2, all at once. we decided to send her on to 2nd grade where she is doing well and she is getting special help with reading at school and she is working with a tutor at home several days a week. we are so excited that she is now improving and moving forward in her reading skills. instead of taking an overlay with her everywhere she goes she got special lenses for glasses, so she can see everything easily where ever she goes. i feel so blessed to have friends and teachers who have helped us figure this out and help andie make up for all of the reading instruction she missed out on before now.

Addison is definitely in the no stage. She knows how to say yes, but chooses not to. Katherine and Andie are getting a big kick out of this. They like to play 20 questions. I goes something like this...

Addison do you like carrots?

Then comes the kicker...

The girls think this is sooooooooooooooooo funny. It is fun to see them playing and having fun together.

IKEA fabric that's what. As I walked into IKEA a few weeks ago with Katherine I fell in love with a fabric, like that has never happened before... he, he, he. I decided then that we needed a new shower curtain, I mean who doesn't right. I purchased 5 yards and headed home. I decided that it needed lining and everything!
With the left over I had just enough to re-cover my ironing board. I wonder how long it will take me to get tired of it now that it is all around my house, anyone want to bet?

Happy Halloween! I left town the day after Halloween to go play with mom and Buffy in Texas so I haven't had time to blog. Now that I am home and it is quiet (11:00 P.M.) I think I can do it. I was so embarrassed by our costumes last year that I decided they had to be good this year. I did all the sewing about a month and a half before so I wouldn't have to stress. Katherine and Andie were witches and Addison was a clown. We had a great time, I hope you did too.

You better believe that I went to the mall to see Clinton Kelly from What Not To Wear! Staci and I headed out to the big event on a Wednesday night after ditching all our kids with the husbands, and we were glad we did. It turned out to be a quick fashion show and some question and answer time, but we had a great time. What I remember most from what he said was #1 Every woman needs a good bra fitting if they want their clothes to look good on them. #2 We have got to stop comparing ourselves to the billboards and magazines, because they are not for real! We are all beautiful! AND DON'T YOU FORGET IT!

Singing in the Rain!!!

On Monday the 6th it just happened to rain all day long. We have needed this rain for so long. I can't remember the last time it rained all day, or for that matter even 10 minutes. Katherine and Andie came home from school and did their homework as usual. After homework they headed outside to play with Mathew from down the street. Before I knew it they were soaking wet, shoes had been tossed to the side and they were having a grand time in the rain. My first instinct was to yell for them to come indoors, but then I remembered playing in the rain when I was a kid and how much fun I had. I let them play for a good hour before making them come in for a shower and dinner. It was so fun to see them enjoy the rain.

andie as been pretending to be a server. when we are getting ready to sit down for lunch or dinner she asks me to leave the prepared plates on the counter and we all have to sit at the table and place our order. drinks are ordered first and then we are allowed to place our meal order. it has been pretty entertaining. andie named her restaurant 2 little brownies sisters,she was wearing her brownies vest at the beginning (girl scouts vest). i had some left over fabric from a quilt i had just made and a cute apron pattern that i had not yet had time to make. i decided one evening that she needed a real apron for her restaurant, i had so much fun placing these pieces of leftovers together to make this fun apron. i knew tat i had a 50/50 chance of andie approving of the final product. luckily she loved it! what a doll!

We are at Buffy's in Texas and Addison has decided to start walking. She did take her first steps the day after she turned one (i'll blog that later). She went back to cruising around the walls and furniture after taking her first steps, kind of annoying. Today at church she decided to go for it and now she wants to share her first steps with you, (especially daddy who is at home ;( ).

2 YEARS 6 MONTHS, LETS JUMP!

I have always wanted to go skydiving! Ben gave me a gift certificate 2 and a half years ago at Christmas. I made the trip (1.5 hrs each way) in October 2007 to jump. I had Allyson, Stacy, and Lisa ready to jump as well. We got there and sat around all day for our turn. I was the first to be strapped up, but in the end only Allyson and Stacy got to jump. Lisa and I got to get onto the plane, but the sun was setting and we never got to leave the ground. I was so bummed that I didn't even want to do it anymore. It took me since then to get excited to drive all the way there to try to jump again. Well Saturday June 28th, one day before Addison turned one I went up to jump. Allyson, Stacey, and Katherine were all there to watch and support. Aren't they sweet? Ben wanted nothing to do with it, so he stayed home with Addison and Andie. ;)
It was beautiful! Everyone should do this at least once. I love heights and I also love doing something kind of crazy every once in awhile, within all the proper guidelines of coarse. Here are a few pics from the jump!

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

We visited Myrtle Beach last week for a little family vacation. We had so much fun! We spent time on the beach and in the pool every day. I got a touch fried trying to get a little color, it doesn't take much with my WHITE skin. We were able to do a bunch of really fun activities while we were there. We played miniature golf, watched a 3d eye max about dolphins and whales, went on a dolphin watching boat ride and even got to touch a shark that the shrimp boat thew over to us. I took Katherine and Andie to La Grand Cirque, like circus ole. It was great, we got to sit in the front row! Katherine and I love eating crab legs when we go to the beach so we had crab legs twice while we were there! Ben and I took turns hanging out with Addison while she napped each day. That was the best job because we could sneak a nap if we wanted! I was also able to take my walk / runs of the beach each morning. I love going to the beach to walk by the sand. The girls did great in the 5 1/2 hour drive each way. We listened to Island of the Blue Dolphins on the way home, which we all enjoyed too. I love my little family. We had so much fun together and that makes me HAPPY.

We were surprised at how much Addison enjoyed the boat. She loved having the wind blow in her face. She was trying to hang over the edge for awhile too.

Have you ever touched a shark? The skin is really tough and when you rub it from tail to head it feels like sandpaper. There were also 3 smaller baby sharks that we got to see. Addison even touched the shark.

Andie thought we were playing baseball for the fist few strokes, so Ben had to give her a quick lesson. She was doing pretty good after that, even though she wasn't to accurate on her stroke count.

Here are a few pictures of a couple couches that I recently slip covered. I did the first one in January this year for my friend Michelle. I did the second one for a friend of a friend. This couch is used in her sun room. I started slip covering couches when Andie was about 6 months old. We had a great L shaped couch that we bought before Katherine was born for 100.00 in Utah. The problem was that the couch was pastel pink and was really starting to show it's age. We were still students and had NO money to buy a couch. I had been watching all the design shows where they were talking about how easy ;) it was to do it so I decided to try. Several yards of denim fabric later and with some help from Katherine at 4 years old and we had a new couch! I was so excited. The couch has been passed on to a couple in med school, but it is still going strong and looking good in it's denim cover! I have done aprox. 15 since then. I think I just get so excited to see a couch come alive again that I can't resist taking another job.

Baby Quilt

Allyson and I were bored one day and decided to go quilt fabric shopping. This is what we came up with. It was so much fun to pick the fabrics together. I really enjoyed putting this quilt together. It is my first ever quilt from a pattern that I did all on my own. My mom did do the machine quilting for me, it is amazing. So now I need to sell this darling quilt so I can buy new fabric to start on another one! Anyone interested? ;)

My sweet baby is geting big so fast. She finally cut her first two teeth 2 days after turning 9 months! She has since cut two top teeth as well. Addison is still not crawling, when she does get on her tummy she will only scoot backwards. My baby girl is stuck in reverse. She is loving to stand at the couch and will even let go at times to test her balance! Addison is weighing in at 21 pounds and is wearing size 18 month clothes. The next neatest thing about Addison now is that she is trying to say so many words. Dadda was her first word. Momma, again, uh oh, Katherine (ka-krin), baba for bottle, bye bye, and uff for the dogs. These words are not clear as a bell, but she seems to know the context because she always says them at the right time. We are all so in love with this little blessing in our home, we eat her up and squeeze on her daily!

My friend Tina does amazing embroidery. She has the professional embroidery machine and everything she touches is beautiful. Tina made this hooded towel for Addison, is it not the cutest think you ever did see! I have been doing little home shows with Tina and Angela (she makes amazing stationary, The Paper Cottage). I have been having so much fun working with them. If you are in the Atlanta area and want to so a home show let me know! If you are not in Atlanta we can still have things made for you.

Spring Flowers

The flowers are blooming and the bushes are looking alive again! I love walking down the street toward my house when the flowers are blooming and the bushes are looking good. Now notice that there are no pics of the backyard, because it is not so cute thanks to the 2 big dogs who tear it up daily. Someday I will have a nice backyard, but until then lets all enjoy the front!

Guess what. Buffy's darling profile t-shirt made it to the front page of Etsy in a Treasury! It was so much fun to see how many people were visiting our store to check out this darling shirt! We hit 600 hits before it left the front page, that evening. I am so proud of Buff's handy work. I talked to her about doing this design and she rocked it. She took it to a new level when she added the pearl buttons to the ponytail!
I also want to tell you all thank you for all of you support. World of Coke Museum!

This week has been Spring Break, so we have been trying to find some fun things to do around town. On Wednesday I traded Addison for Hailee and we ventured out to the Coke Museum. In the 9 years we have lived in Atlanta we have never been. The new museum was built about a year ago, so I decided that it was time for us to go! so, many of you don't know this but i have started running. i started in nov of 2007, so it has been a few months now. buffy introduced me to running when she lived with ben and i in utah. i had always convinced myself that i could not do it because i have some asthma issues. i enjoyed running with buff because she kept it fun, and there was never any pressure. I am running 3 miles at a time right now. the other day i took addison out in the running stroller and it was so hard, i felt like a big poser. after the run i spoke to buff and she said, some days are just off, so don't worry about it. carolyn (my newest running idol/ marathon queen) said that i need to ditch the stroller if i want to get a good run in! today i was back on the treadmill at the gym with the baby in the play center and i had the sweetest run! i was sweating like a pig and i felt so tough! 3.5 miles! maybe i really can train for a 10 K in July! i love it when it is sweet, it makes me want to come back for more. anyone up for a run?

Easter Sunday!

We had a nice Easter this year. On Wednesday I realized that my girls did not have any Easter dress to wear, so the sewing wheels started turning. I had been wanting to make a skirted onesie for a test for 2 litte mammas so I started with Addison. Andie loved the onesie dress and begged me to make her one from a t-shirt. Our Easter dresses were coming along! I had just enough fabric to squeeze a skirt out of the fabric for Katherine! We had three happy and beautiful girls on Easter morning, and off to church we went!

We are in business now! Our fist order of labels arrived this week and we are so excited to get them on all or our products! Katherine is in 4th grade and the big test that all 4th graders at her school have to pass this year is States and Capitols with proper spelling! We are so excited to tell you that she passed the test with a score of 95%. Katherine has worked hard at this for a long time and we are so proud! Ben and I joke that we couldn't pass this test on the spot if our life depended on it, we are just tickled that she did such a great job! Katherine YOU ROCK!

Addison 8 months!

Addison thinks she is so big. She was so excited to hang out with her big sisters in the front yard the other day. We took her excersaucer and her favorite toy (a spoon) and she had a blast watching Katherine and Andie play and spending quality time with them in the driveway! Addison took her second airplane trip to visit Buffy and friends, Andrew (my brother) and friends, and Grandma and Grandpa Boyle! Addison had a blast watching Peyton crawl around, but still remains uninspired to try it herself. Clapping and waving hi are her top tricks at the moment. Addison also got to meet the Blad boys for the first time! I told her she can take her pick of the three darling boys to marry when the time is right! Until then I guess we'll keep working on crawling and thinking about growing some teeth, because she hasn't done that yet either. ;)

So the story goes something like this...
About two weeks ago I left a few notes for the girls to find when they woke up the next morning, just a friendly reminder :) One said "Please pick me up off the floor and hang me up. I don't want to get dirty." this was left on the towel that was left on the floor after a shower. The second note was placed on a pile of clean clothes that hadn't been taken care of. Not the response I was looking for, but they did do what the note asked, so I'll take it!
A few days later Andie said "Mom, I don't ever want to wear someone elses' clothes that they give me." "Uh, what ever honey you won't have a choice!" So a few days after that we were at a friends house and our friend gave Andie a pair of really cute jeans that her daughter had outgrown. "Score!", is what I thought. I had Andie try on the jeans and they were too big. I asked her to set them aside till they fit her better. So the next Friday when I got up I saw a note and a pair of jeans on the couch. It took a minute but I finally figured out what it said (with the help of Allyson).

O.K. so she is 8 and 1/2 months now, but I can't post 8 month pics till I have posted 7 mo. Here we go! Still no teeth to be seen, but Addison is eating her baby food like a champ. She is not crawling, but loves sitting on her own and playing with toys! I think she isn't crawling because there are to many of us around who just want to hold her and squeeze her all day, so she hardly sees the floor. That and the fact that she hates being on her tummy. We are enjoying every minute with her, she makes us all so happy!

after gradguating from AIU with my fashion degree i didn't konw what i was going to do with myself. i had a part time job as a teacher assistant at AUI, and both my s were in school, so i decided to go to toastmasters. toastmasters is a public speeking club, i had so much fun giving speeches and within a month i found out i was pregnant with addison. ben and i were so excited to have another baby and i now had a new purpose! toastmasters helped me fill my time until my s were done with school for that year and i had 6 weeks left in my pregnancy.

Our ward is featured in the Friend magazine this month! The Friend is a church magazine for children 3 yrs - 12 years old. You can see Andie in the center on the front row in her friend 's lap. It just happened to snow the day Buffy was supposed to leave home to Texas, but her flight was cancled, and we were forced to play for one more day! Riley was so cute with the big girl's she fit right in. Addison didn't play in the snow, but she surely was bundled for it.

My little Buffy came to Atlanta last week and surprised me. Gotta love her! We had so much fun playing, shopping, watching Juno at the theatre, eating some awesome lunches while out on the town, and for the first time ever crafting! I had been wanting Buffy to try felting because I thaught she would enjoy it, even though she has never really been into crafty things before. I seem to have hit the nail on the head because she loved it. We were up until 2AM felting the night before she left. My slide show post shows what we did. We had so much fun that we have decided to set up shop at Etsy and see how they sell. I will also be selling my diaper wipe covers there. Biltmore Vaca

Katherine and Andie were out of school for 2 weeks and it was about to drive me nuts! (can you relate?) I had this great idea that we should get out of town for a minute, for a change of scenery. I decided that we should go see the Biltmore Estate in North Carolina. I have seen it on HGTV several times, and have always wanted to go. Ben had to work, so I called in some back up (Allyson). Allyson is always up for something fun and since she had some time off she was ready to go. We loaded up the girls and left on Friday morning. It takes about 3.5 hours to drive there. We drove around downtown Ashville that evening and had dinner at a yummy southern restaurant. We spent all day Saturday at Biltmore. We hung out until 6PM ,and then we headed home. We arrived home at about 10PM Saturday night with a car full of very sleepy girl's. Mission accomplished, we got out of town and had a ton of fun too!

Now that Addison is six months we decided to get out the high chair and see how she likes baby cereal. She did very well for her first try, we were all impressed. I still think she spit more out that we managed to get in, but it was a great first try.

Addison at 6 months! It was so much fun to celebrate Christmas with our baby girl. I am sure she has been having a blast watching us all play Wii. She is probably thinking, just wait till I get my hands on that wimote, I'll beat all ya'll ! She has just started spitting I mean doing raspberry's. That is going to be awesome when we are feeding her, I can't wait ; \ Addison is still very calm and content but also loves to laugh and be tickled, we all love her to pieces!

Christmas Eve Confessions

My Andie was sooo worried on Christmas Eve that she wasn't going to get any toys for Christmas because she had been a bad girl this year. She spoke to Ben about it in the morning about how she thinks Santa is only going to bring her rocks.

On Christmas Eve we were at Rachel's (my sister) house. I went into the back room to change a baby diaper and Andie followed me in.

Andie: Mom am I going to get rocks for Christmas?

Sarah: no,why would you think that?

a: well I don't know if I have been such a good girl this year ;(

s: of coarse you have been a good girl,what makes you think you have been bad this year?

a: well there is something I think I should tell you, the other day when Hailee came over she left her makeup (lip gloss) at our house. when Katherine and I woke up we put on some of the makeup and we didn't tell you. now I am afraid that Santa will not bring me presents and he will only bring me rocks.

s: Andie, Santa is going to bring you presents I promise. I know you made a mistake but if you make a better choice next time and learn from your mistakes you will be fine. :)

a: I am glad that I told you mom, I feel better now.

And she ran out of the room to go play!

It was such a cute tender moment, and it makes me happy that she feels comfortable enough to come to me. I love this girl!

On November 23rd Ben and I celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary! I still can't believe that I have the best boy in the whole world all for me! My mom always used to tell me "Sarah, you want to marry someone who will treat you like a princess." I am so glad that I followed her advice. Ben has treated me like a princess ever since we met and he still does today! Am I lucky or what!

Ben sent me flowers and took me to Ruths Chris Steakhouse for dinner, yum yum! It was our first date without the baby and she did great too. I am looking forward to the next 11,000 years to come!

Buffy moved form Utah to Tax as just over two weeks ago and I am in withdrawal. Her cell minutes are up for the month and she doesn't have a phone or Internet hooked up yet. It is really driving me crazy that I can't talk to her. I have been so busy sewing lately that I haven't taken the time to sit down and blog. I really need to post some pictures of what I have been doing , but they all seam to leave my house so quickly that I don't get any pictures. Katherine turns 10 !!!!

I can't believe that my first baby is 10 years old. She was born in Provo, Utah on the day of BYU homecoming at Utah Valley Hospital. This is one of the top 10 busiest hospitals, but I was the only woman in labor at the time. I think all the other husbands made their wife's wait until after the BYU game had finished. Katherine was 7lbs 6oz and was born at 7:06PM. We were so excited for her arrival. She held up her head like a champ the first day she was born!

Now she is 10 and ready to Party! We had a birthday party at our house this past Friday, we had the girls sew pillowcases. They all had so much fun. Katherine had fun with her friends, cake, and cool gifts!

I have had stick straight hair my whole life, as most of you know. Not that I am complaining, but look what has happened during my pregnancy with Addison. It is great because now I can wear it straight or with body!

Addison's first three months!

Our sweet Addison was born June 29,2007. She weighed in at 8lbs 5oz and was 21 inches long. It has been so sweet to have a baby in our home again! I am trying my best to get a photo of her each month for the first year. I want to share the first three months now!

This picture was taken 2 days before Addison was born. Andie was at the perfect hieght to kiss my belly button and did so often!

This was taken the day Addison was born when the girls fist saw her at the hospital. They are so proud to have a baby sister and have been very helpful with her.Addison's 1st month! She is a very content baby. My mom left after helping us for 2 weeks and Ben's parents came to visit soon after. Ben, my dad Mike Boyle, Ben's dad Alan Oliver, my bro in law Chris d'Aquin, and our Bishop Chris Young all stood into bless Addison at home the first Sunday of August 2007.
Addiosn at 2 months! She is our first chunky baby and we are loving it. She weighed 13lbs at her 2 month check up. she is in the 95th % in wieght and 90th% in height. She measured 24 3/4 inches long at this check up.
Addison at 3 months! She is just starting to hold her head up well and is starting to grip with her hands. I am sure she is well into the 14lb range now! We are calling her Buddah because of all the rolls she is sporting. We can get her to laugh a bit now too, it is very cute!

a quick visit to smith lane! addison and i are rapping up our visit to buffy's. it has been so fun to play with riley, peyton, buffy, and ian. we had so much fun playing and shopping! the smiths will be on the move to texas soon, this will be the last time we visit them IN utah.

riley requested snuggle time with the girls after her not so long afternoon nap! i love the darling profile. look at addison and peyton together one buddha and one skiny olsen twin. hopefully buff will start feeding her soon! Just Kidding!
